Christina Wagner

Christina Wagner serves as the Vice President of International Legal, Governance & Transactions at embecta, having joined in February 2022. With a robust background in international law, Wagner leads a diverse legal team across major global locations, overseeing all legal and compliance matters for embecta's International Region. Prior to this role, Wagner held the position of Senior Legal Director at DIH Technology Co., where responsibilities included all legal matters for the DIH Group and its subsidiary Hocoma AG, which specializes in rehabilitation technology. Previous experience includes leadership roles at British American Tobacco, providing legal counsel across Northern Europe, and serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Pfizer. Christina Wagner began the legal career as an Attorney at Law at Plesner Lawfirm, focusing on intellectual property, competition law, and life sciences. Academic credentials include a Master in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
