Inna Kostuk

Inna Kostuk serves as the Director of Tax for International Regions at embecta since October 2022, leading the global tax team and establishing the tax function across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Responsibilities include managing tax reporting and compliance, developing transfer pricing policies, advising on global tax strategy, and participating in corporate restructurings. Prior experience includes serving as Group Tax Director at BIC for over 12 years, where key duties involved tax planning, audits, and leadership of the tax function for a significant FMCG business. Earlier roles include Tax Analyst at Delphi and VAT Consultant, with a foundational career at the State Tax Administration of Ukraine. Inna Kostuk holds multiple master's degrees, including in Public/Organizational Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Business Administration from Kyiv National Economics University.
