Jo Shepherd

Jo Shepherd serves as Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement at embecta since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jo held significant positions at Medtronic, including Vice President of Global Demand Planning and COE Planning, and at Nouryon, where Jo was responsible for the supply chain strategy as Executive Vice President for both Business Planning and Logistics and Supply Chain. Jo's experience also includes leadership roles at AkzoNobel, where Jo oversaw Supply Chain and Procurement for various business units, and directed the Global Supply Chain in Asia. Jo's educational background includes a degree in Business Management from Southbank University and further studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
