Karina Hackl

Karina Hackl, EI, currently serves as the Global Supply Planning, Labeling Lead at embecta, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Karina worked at Legend Biotech as a CAR-T Lean Deployment Specialist from January 2022 to January 2024, where expertise was demonstrated in leading continuous improvement projects, deploying lean programs, and managing cross-functional teams. Previous positions at Abbott from July 2017 to January 2022 included roles as a Supply Chain Specialist, Operational Excellence Engineer, Quality Supervisor, and Manufacturing Process Engineer, focusing on supply chain coordination, process optimization, and quality control. Education was completed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2014 to 2017.
