Ruth Hurd

Ruth Hurd is an experienced project management professional with a focus on technical support and new product development across various sectors, including animal health and consumer goods. From November 2019 to November 2021, Ruth served as a Senior Technical Project Manager at MSD, leading global new project drug product development and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Prior roles include Healthcare NPD Project Manager at Boots UK, NPI & Technical Project Co-Ordinator at Boots Contract Manufacturing, and Program Manager at Johnson & Johnson Vision, where Ruth managed product transitions and supported new product launches under EU regulations. Ruth also held a position as Global Project Manager at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing complex global programs, and was a New Product Development Manager at Reckitt Benckiser, managing numerous product launches. Currently, Ruth is working as a Brand Acquisition PM at embecta. Ruth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Leeds Trinity University.
