Serena Soh

Serena Soh serves as Associate Director, Controller for Asia & Greater China at embecta, where responsibilities include establishing the Greater China & Asia Controllership function and driving strategic initiatives in collaboration with APAC leadership. Prior to this role, Serena was Senior Finance Director for Southeast Asia at Firmenich, overseeing finance operations and ensuring financial integrity for the region. Additional experience includes roles at Sulzer as Head of Finance for APAC & China, Management Accountant at Baker Hughes Singapore, and positions at American President Lines, Monsanto Singapore Pte Ltd, and KPMG. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a B.Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
