Tetsu Ikeda

Tetsu Ikeda is an accomplished professional currently serving as the General Manager for Japan at embecta since December 2023. Prior to this role, Tetsu held prominent positions at Pearson VUE, including Vice President for Japan & Korea and Representative Director of National Computer Systems Japan K.K. Tetsu's experience also includes serving as Operations Director at Laerdal Medical, Country Director and Sales Director at Elsevier, and various management roles at Medtronic. Tetsu began a career in management consulting at A.T. Kearney and in investment management at IBJ Investment, alongside an extensive tenure at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Tetsu's educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School, a Certificate in Management of Technology from MIT Sloan School of Management, and international studies at London Business School and Universidad de Alcalá, complemented by a law degree from Keio University.
