John Gannon

John Gannon has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate world. John began their career in 1989 as an Orbit Operations Engineer for General Electric's Astro Space Division. In 1993, they moved to Merrill Lynch as a Currency Derivative Trader. From 2000 to 2011, they worked at SunBridge Partners as a General Partner, utilizing a proactive-research based approach to target early stage technology investments. In 2005, they became a Board Director at Embedded Planet. In 2010, they joined the Board of Directors at Alien Technology. In 2011, they became the President and CEO of Blue Spark Technologies, a medical device company specializing in wearable, continuous monitoring of patients.

John Gannon received their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1993, where they specialized in Finance and Statistics. John completed their undergraduate studies at Penn State University in 1989, where they earned a BS in Aeropsace Engineering.
