Mel Allen

Mel Allen is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at ERG, Inc., Mel supports Yoh’s Silicon Valley team by addressing the evolving demands in product development, encompassing areas from logic design to UI design. Prior experience includes a Principal role at S&A Associates Technology Resources Inc., specializing in the placement of software and hardware engineering professionals in Silicon Valley, as well as serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at HL YOH Company. Mel began a career in business development at Intellitron, focusing on client and consultant relationships in the San Jose area. Mel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lycoming College and graduated from Pocono Mountain High School.
