Jacky Hansen

Jacky Hansen has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2011, they worked as a Reader/Scribe at MATC, where they assisted a professor with class organization and grading papers. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Consumer Services Specialist at Stafflogix, handling customer contacts related to Kimberly-Clark products. At U.S. Cellular, they worked as a Customer Care/Technical Support Associate from 2012 to 2013, resolving customer queries and building strong customer relationships. From 2013 to 2018, they held roles at A. O. Smith Corporation, including Engineering Services Assistant and Engineering Office Coordinator, providing administrative and research support to R&D engineers and technicians. In 2018, they became the Director of Quality & Safety at Chemrite Copac Inc., where they led quality initiatives and provided policies and guidance on safety. Jacky transitioned to EmbedTek in 2019, initially as a Quality System Manager and currently as a Quality Manager, overseeing the Quality department and ensuring products meet customer requirements.

From 2007 to 2011, Jacky Hansen attended Carroll University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on Business Marketing.
