Tom Fotsch

Tom Fotsch has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles. Tom first worked at Arthur Andersen as a staff accountant in 1984, eventually becoming a Senior Manager in the Milwaukee Office. During this time, they gained extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private equity financing, and SEC reporting. In 1996, Fotsch joined Omni Tech Corporation as the CFO and was later promoted to President. Tom played a crucial role in restructuring the business to support growth and the personal needs of the owner. In 2003, Fotsch became the COO/EVP at Dedicated Computing LLC, where they served until 2008. Finally, they joined EmbedTek LLC in 2010 as the COO.

Tom Fotsch completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marquette University in the years 1980 to 1984. Tom then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University between the years 1989 and 1992.
