Sathish Kumar

Sathish Kumar has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 20 years. Sathish began their career in technology start-ups in 2000, where they held a human resources role for three years. Sathish then joined AIG Systems Solutions in 2003, where they worked for three years as a human resources professional. In 2006, Sathish joined Aricent as a Human Resources professional, where they worked for five years. Sathish then joined Veryx Technologies Pvt Ltd. in 2011 as the HR head, responsible for talent acquisition, deployment, management, and retention. Sathish then moved to Syntel in 2014, where they worked as a Human Resources professional for three years. In 2017, they joined FSS as a Human Resources professional before becoming the Director of Human Resources at embedUR systems later that same year.

Sathish Kumar attended the University of Madras from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Sathish then continued their education at the same university from 1998 to 2000, earning a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, and Labour Welfare.
