Weldon Roy

Weldon Roy has extensive work experience in the engineering and program management field. Weldon is currently the Director of Engineering and Program Management at embedUR systems since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Engineering Program Manager at the same company since February 2018.

Before joinng embedUR systems, Weldon worked at Luxoft as a Senior Technical Program Manager from October 2016 to August 2017. Prior to Luxoft, they worked at Avaya for 7 years, starting in December 2009 as an R&D Sr. Manager. Finally, Weldon began their career at Nortel as an R&D Ops employee in 2007 until 2009.

Weldon Roy attended the University of New Brunswick from 1980 to 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Computer Option. During their studies, Weldon focused on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
