Badrinath Tiwari

Badrinath Tiwari has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Badrinath started their career at Tata Communications in 2014 as an Associate Engineer, providing technical support to customers and resolving their issues. In 2017, they joined Concentrix as an Associate Engineer, where they worked on the Jio project, handling service desk and desktop support. Badrinath also created daily MIS reports and provided support to over 500 users. Currently, they are working at Embee Software Pvt. Ltd. as an Operations Lead, responsible for various reports, client interactions, change management, problem management, and service management. Badrinath also handles the WVD and O365 environment.

Badrinath Tiwari completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from the National Institute of Management Technology (NIMT) between 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree (B.E) from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2008 to 2012, with a focus on Network Technology, Microprocessors, Control Systems, and Engineering Mathematics. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Diploma in Hardware & Networking from NIIT Limited in October 2014.
