Ember & Pulse was founded on a belief that business can, and should, be a force for positive impact, combining commercial performance with genuine care for people and wellbeing.

Ember & Pulse is a consultancy focused on helping organisations grow, transform and build meaningful, high-performing partnerships. With deep experience across the medtech and healthcare landscape, we work closely with clients to deliver strategic, commercial and people-led solutions that connect insight, innovation and opportunity.

What sets Ember & Pulse apart is a commitment to balancing performance with people. We believe sustainable success comes from putting people at the centre.

Our approach goes beyond traditional consultancy, supporting not only business outcomes, but the wellbeing, development and long-term impact of the individuals behind them.

Our work spans:
• Strategic partnerships and growth
• Market development and commercial strategy
• Programme and initiative delivery
• Stakeholder engagement across NHS and industry

Alongside our consultancy services, Ember & Pulse is building a wider ecosystem focused on:
• Creating opportunities for healthcare professionals
• Supporting wellbeing and more balanced ways of working
• Developing community-led and purpose-driven initiatives

We partner with organisations that value collaboration, integrity and impact, and who recognise that how we grow matters just as much as what we achieve.

Ember & Pulse exists to build better outcomes for businesses, people and the communities they serve.
