Timothy Capper

Timothy Capper is currently the Head of Network at Ember, where they focus on building the UK’s first all-electric intercity bus network. Previously, they held roles as a Data Scientist at Swarm and a Policy Fellow at POST in the UK Parliament, where they researched energy security following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Additionally, Timothy co-founded OptiSpark and served as a Venture Scientist at Conception X. They obtained a PhD in Power Networks from The University of Manchester, where they also earned a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering.
