Barathy Rangarajan

Barathy Rangarajan is a skilled Senior Tools Programmer at Ember Lab since August 2023 and a Co-Founder and Board Member of the South Asians in Visual Arts (SAVA) Collective, which aims to enhance diversity and representation within the Animation, Games, VFX, and AR/VR industries. Prior to these roles, Barathy served as a Senior Software Engineer at Spire Animation Studios, Inc. from December 2021 to May 2023 and spent over six years at DreamWorks Animation in various positions, including Software Engineer on the R&D Animation/Rigging Team and core lead for initiatives supporting women in the industry. Barathy holds a Master of Science in Computer Game Development from DePaul University and a B.A. in Political Science-Public Law from UC San Diego.
