Stephen McFadden

Stephen McFadden is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Foresight Sports since August 2023, Stephen's prior roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at Ember LifeSciences, where contributions included the design and commercialization of innovative temperature control products, and at Otter Products, where leadership involved managing cross-functional engineering teams in the development of diverse product lines. Earlier positions include significant contributions at LifeProof and Forensic Injury Consulting, Inc., as well as foundational experience as a Drafting Technician at the UC Berkeley Space Sciences Laboratory. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University, attained in 2012.
