Tim LeBeau

Tim LeBeau is the Chief Executive Officer of Ember Technologies, Inc., and a Managing Director at SierraConstellation Partners. They are a 20+ year veteran of the consumer, automotive, and B2B technology industries who led global teams, developed new products and brands, and opened new markets for brands including Beats by Dr. Dre, Bosch, Stanley Black & Decker, HARMAN International, and Seek Thermal. They earned an MBA in Marketing & Economics from DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business (1997–1999) and held a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University, and are a member of YPO (2020–Present).
