Maureen Frank

Maureen Frank is a prominent leader in the field of inclusion and diversity, currently serving as the Chief Disruption Officer at emberin, a position held since 2005. As the founder of the Inclusion and Diversity Academy and the 10,000 Women in Tech APAC Virtual Conference, Maureen is dedicated to producing measurable outcomes in workplace equity. Previously, Maureen was the convenor for Queensland Male Champions of Change from 2013 to 2015, advocating for fairness and inclusion in various companies. Maureen's extensive experience also includes serving as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Aon Risk Services and Aon Risk Solutions in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Recognized as a BRW Rising Star in 2005 and a Telstra Business Woman of the Year in 2004, Maureen holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws with honors from the University of Queensland.
