Panchanan Pothal is a seasoned technical lead with extensive experience in software development and testing. Currently serving at Embitel Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd., part of CARIAD (a Volkswagen company) since August 2022, Panchanan previously held technical lead positions at Wipro and Capgemini Engineering. With a background as a senior consultant at Capgemini Engineering and a testing lead at Altran, Panchanan has well-rounded expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Proficient in test automation using Python and Perl, as well as various manual testing techniques including black box, sanity, functional, regression, and retesting, Panchanan's earlier role as a senior software engineer at PrimeSoft Solutions further solidified a strong foundation in electronics and telecommunications, with an academic background from C.V. Raman College of Engineering.
