Alexandra Grba

Predoctoral fellow (PhD)

Alexandra Grba has a strong background in biochemistry and molecular neuroscience, having completed a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Imperial College London and currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at the University of Cambridge. Experience includes roles as a Postgraduate Researcher in the Molecular Neuroscience Group at Cambridge, where research focused on tau pathology in human neurons, and a Predoctoral Fellow at EMBL. Alexandra has also served as an Assistant Course Director at Oxford Summer Courses, Group Tutor for A-Level Science students from disadvantaged backgrounds, and held various research positions, including internships at Diamond Light Source and the Francis Crick Institute. Additional involvement includes contributions to the Imperial Bioscience Review and work experience at Wellcome Trust and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
