Alice Crowley

Alice Crowley currently serves as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer at EMBL, a position held since June 2021, where responsibilities include gathering and analyzing statistical data for EDI and contributing to strategy development. Previously, Alice worked as a Project Manager for a joint gender equity initiative at UCL and held roles as a Data Analyst and Data Administrator, focusing on data preparation for Athena SWAN and Race Equality Charter submissions. Earlier experience includes fundraising for University of York and serving as the LGBTQ Network Convener at the University of York Students' Union. Alice holds a Master's degree in Gender, Media and Culture from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BA in Sociology from the University of York.
