Rick Witham

Rick Witham has a diverse work experience in various HR and systems roles. Rick started their career as the Head of Resourcing and Workforce Information at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in 2014. Rick then worked as an HR Project Manager at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in 2015. In 2016, they became the HR Information & Systems Manager at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at the European Bioinformatics Institute | EMBL-EBI in roles such as HR Systems and Reward Specialist, and Business Intelligence Analyst. Currently, as of 2023, they are the HR Analytics & Systems Lead at EMBL.

Rick Witham completed their undergraduate studies in Cognitive Science at the University of Hertfordshire from 1995 to 1998. Rick then pursued a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management at Anglia Ruskin University, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.
