Stefan Peidli

Stefan Peidli is a highly skilled computational biologist with extensive experience in various research roles. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at EMBL, Stefan is engaged in a project focused on in vivo CRISPR methodologies for lung cancer models, supervised by Wolfgang Huber. In addition, a position as a Research Consultant at EMBL Enterprise Management Technology Transfer GmbH involves computational method development for NGS and spatial transcriptomics data. Previous experience includes a PhD in Computational Biology/Bioinformatics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, a Visiting Graduate Student tenure at Harvard Medical School, and research roles at Helmholtz Zentrum München, ITK Engineering, and MAN Truck & Bus AG. Stefan holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Technical University of Munich.
