Brian Baker

Brian Baker has over 20 years of experience in the financial and operational aspects of various industries. Brian started their career in 1999 as a Staff II Audit Accountant at EY. In 2001, they moved to CohnReznick LLP as a Senior Audit Accountant. In 2002, they joined The Providence Group as a Corporate Controller. In 2006, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Husky Foundations, Inc. In 2009, they became the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer at HealthCare Partners, Inc. In 2012, they moved to Bardi Mechanical/Heating and Air Conditioning as Vice President of Finance and Operations. In 2015, they joined Fusion CPA I Tax, Accounting, Bookkeeping CPAs, & Outsourced CFO Services as Chief Financial Officer. In 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer at LDX Solutions. In 2019, they founded Baker Consulting and acted as Principal. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Emblem Solutions, where they work with a major wireless carrier and its affiliates to provide private label expertise to guide technology manufacturers products to retail.

Brian Baker has a B.A. in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics. Brian is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Georgia and South Carolina, and has obtained Human Resources Certification through The Catalytic Coaching Course and Professional Development through an Executive Coaching Program.
