Rocio Dimilta

Rocio Dimilta is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as a Tech Talent Business Partner in People Experience at emBlue since June 2021, Rocio manages end-to-end selection processes and develops searches across various sectors in Latin America including IT, Marketing, and Administration. Prior to this role, Rocio held positions at ADN - Recursos Humanos from January 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included internal recruitment, team induction, and coaching.
