Embody Architects helps scaling companies solve the problem that strategy can't fix: leadership capacity.

Through our Embodied Leadership Optimization (ELO) Method, we rebuild the inner architecture of leaders across body, emotion, energy, and nervous system regulation, so they lead from wholeness instead of burnout.

Because when stakes rise, leaders don't default to their training. They default to their nervous system.

We work with founders and executive teams who want growth without the hidden cost of burnout, drift, and emotional cleanup. The result: tighter team cohesion, faster repair after tension, and performance without the hidden emotional tax.

Founded by Yarixa Ferrao, with 20+ years of experience at the intersection of embodiment, emotional intelligence, and human performance.
