Located in the heart of St George Wharf, Vauxhall, Embody Wellness is an independent wellness and rehabilitation centre helping people move better, feel stronger and live healthier lives.
Since 2012, we've welcomed clients from Vauxhall, Nine Elms, Battersea and across London into a friendly, inclusive space where everyone can feel at home, whether they're taking their first yoga class, recovering from an injury, training for a marathon or simply looking to unwind.
Our experienced team offers yoga, Pilates, barre and fitness classes alongside physiotherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture and complementary wellness treatments. Every service is designed to support physical and mental wellbeing through expert, personalised care.
We also partner with organisations to deliver workplace wellbeing programmes, corporate yoga and Pilates, wellness workshops and employee health initiatives designed to support healthier, happier and more productive teams.
Beyond serving individual clients, Embody Wellness is home to a thriving community of health and wellbeing professionals. We offer therapy and treatment room hire in a prime London location, providing practitioners with a professional, welcoming environment from which to grow their businesses.
