Matthew Davis, PMP has over 12 years of professional experience in product development, program management, business development and design engineering. In 2021, they began working as Director of Product Development for Emboline, Inc. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as Director of Progam Management and Senior Program Manager for Nordson MEDICAL. From 2009 to 2018, they were Program Manager and Product Development Engineer for Vention Medical, where they worked in both Galway and Tel Aviv to help establish the company's new offices. In 2009, they also served as a Health Care Volunteer for Cristo Redentor, Santa Elena, Ecuador. From 2008 to 2009, they were an Appropriate Technologies Engineer for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where they designed, built, and tested a water well drill rig for use in the developing world. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Systems Engineer Co-Op for Pratt and Whitney Rocketdyne. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Surveying Intern for Peak Surveys, where they met with clients to plan, coordinate, and organize ongoing projects. In 2004, they worked as a Video Production Assistant for Epic Dream Productions.

Matthew Davis, PMP obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2009. In 2016, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
