Scott Russell

Scott Russell is the President and CEO of Emboline, Inc., where they lead the development and commercialization of the Emboliner Embolic Protection Catheter. They have worked in medical devices, engineering, intellectual property development, marketing, and management for over 30 years. Previously, they served as President and CEO of SeptRx, Inc., guiding all aspects of the operation, including device design, clinical trial design, marketing, regulatory strategy, manufacturing process development, and fundraising, and led the company through pivotal European trials. They were the Director of Advanced Device Concepts at Cordis/Nitinol Devices & Components, a Johnson & Johnson company, where they directed the development and launch of multiple products and spearheaded the spin-out of Portaero, Inc. and SeptRx, Inc. They studied at the University of Connecticut.
