Elias Hampp

Elias Hampp is a skilled engineer with a focus on robotics, currently serving as a Robotic Systems Engineer at embotech since May 2022. Previously, Elias worked as an Aerospace Engineer at embotech and contributed as a Student Research Assistant at the Robotic Systems Lab ETH Zurich. Additionally, Elias coached a team at the Autonomous Systems Lab - ETH Zürich on developing a snake-like robot for search and rescue missions. Other experiences include an internship at the European Space Agency, involvement in a multidisciplinary project to create a quadrupedal jumping robot with SpaceBok, and early training in civil engineering and workshop skills. Elias holds a Master of Science in Robotics, Systems and Control from ETH Zürich and a Matura in Physics and Applied Mathematics from Kollegium St. Fidelis.
