Janine Van Stiphout

Janine van Stiphout serves as Chief ESG and Manager of Marketing Communications at embotech since 2018, following a sabbatical from volunteering and family commitments in Ottawa in 2017-2018. Prior to this, Janine was a Lecturer in Service Management at the Institute for Tourism and Leisure, University of Applied Sciences, HTW Chur from 2014 to 2017, and a Lecturer in Marketing at ZHAW Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften from 2013 to 2015. Janine's extensive experience in stakeholder relations includes roles as Senior Project Manager at the Fair Recycling Foundation and Project Manager at SR Technics Group. Freelance consulting in Services Marketing and CSR was undertaken between 2001 and 2013, alongside project coordination at Freie Universität Berlin. Academic qualifications include two PhDs in Business, Service Management, and B2B Services Marketing from Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Otago, along with a master's degree in Business Administration from Freie Universität Berlin.
