At Embrace, we’ve been delivering high quality physical education and youth support services since 2013, working with children and young people aged 5 to 18 across both school and community settings.

We specialise in providing PE delivery, teacher CPD, Positive mentoring, Pools to Schools Swimming Programme, after-school clubs, and holiday clubs including HAF-funded programmes. Whether it’s supporting schools with their curriculum PE, offering targeted mentoring for pupils, or running active, engaging holiday provision, we’re passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives.

What sets us apart is our flexible and bespoke approach. We know that every school and community is different, so we work closely with our partners to create tailored packages that meet their unique needs. From half-day support to full-day delivery, our experienced team is committed to helping young people learn, grow, and achieve.
