Embrace U is an evidence-based mental health provider offering group therapy, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), designed for adolescents ages 10-18. We help teens and preteens develop the coping skills and confidence to manage mental health challenges and achieve their goals.
