Tom Bourquin is currently the Vice President of Climate Technology at Nidec Global Appliance. They began their career as an Application Engineer at Emerson Motor Company from 1999 to 2003, later transitioning to the role of Account Engineer at Emerson Appliance Solutions, where they were based at Maytag Corporate Headquarters. Between 2010 and 2015, they held the position of Senior Product Manager at Parker Hannifin's Sporlan Division. Before their current role, Tom served as Vice President of Engineering for HVACR at Nidec Motor Corporation from 2021 to 2023. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and Webster University, respectively, during their studies from 2010 to 2014.
