Celso Couto

Celso Couto is a Senior Manufacturing Automation Engineer at Embraer with nearly 20 years of experience in automation, aircraft manufacturing, product design, and project management. They began their career at Embraer in May 2002 as a trainee in Production Engineering and have since held various roles, including Project Manager and Lead Project Manager for E-Jets E2 manufacturing automation projects. With a robust background in establishing automation processes and managing international projects, Celso focuses on customer-driven solutions that integrate lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Control and Automation Engineering and a Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
