Fausto Junior

Fausto Junior is a production programmer at Embraer, responsible for streamlining operations and developing processes to enhance production efficiency since April 2025. Previous experiences include roles as a Production Planning and Control intern at Embraer, where skills in project management and process optimization were developed, and as a Trainee and Project Consultant at Produção Jr Consultoria, contributing to organizational success. As Administrative Director at Dragão Branco Aerodesign, Fausto Junior improved logistics, marketing, and resource acquisition. In academic settings, Fausto Junior served as a student representative on the Extension and Research councils at UFSCar and excelled in various extracurricular roles, including as a brand ambassador for Responde Aí and as a member and manager for the Red Dragons robotics team. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering at UFSCar, Fausto Junior combines technical skills with a commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.
