Frédéric Esteves

Frédéric Esteves is a seasoned finance and lean manager with extensive experience at Embraer since January 2009, overseeing cash management, internal controls, and FP&A for six companies in the EMEA region. Esteves has led the deployment of Lean strategies and innovation programs, managing over 200 Kaizen projects and training more than 300 employees in lean methodologies. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Embraer, where responsibilities encompassed IT infrastructure design and BI implementations, and ownership of a consulting firm focused on aiding small businesses. Esteves also served as a Business Process Specialist for the Ministère de la Défense, specializing in information and communication processes, and worked as a Project Manager at Qwam content intelligence. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Management from Université Paris Cité.
