Frederico Lemos

Frederico Lemos serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Embraer since June 2023, after his tenure as Managing Director and CEO at EID S.A. from December 2020 to May 2023. Lemos has extensive experience at Embraer, holding several key positions from December 2012 to February 2021, including General Manager for Embraer UAE, Vice President of Sales Business Development, and Director of Business Development, focusing on the Middle East, Central & South Asia, and Portugal. Prior experience includes the role of Business Development Manager at OGMA-Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal and various positions within the Portuguese Air Force from 2003 to 2011, emphasizing program and project management. Lemos holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and various other qualifications in Business Administration and Leadership from esteemed institutions.
