Raphael Nurches serves as the Aftermarket & Spare Parts Supply Chain Director at Embraer, a position held since November 2006, following roles as Supplier Account Manager and Manager of Spare Parts Purchasing. With extensive experience in managing supply chains for mechanical and electrical suppliers across various global locations, Raphael leads teams focused on performance management, inventory planning, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Previous roles include contract administration in supply chain management at Embraer, and a Buyer/Planner position at Benchmark Electronics. Raphael began a career in purchasing as an intern at Unilever. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and various extensions in Project Management, Leadership, and Enterprise Logistics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
