Scott Arrell is an accomplished aerospace and defense professional with extensive experience in sales and business development. Since October 2017, Scott has served as Director of Sales & Business Development at Embraer, a leading global aerospace company. Prior to this, Scott held key leadership positions at ViaSat Inc. as Country & Key Account Director, and Four Winds New Zealand as Managing Director. Scott also played a significant role in the New Zealand Defence Industry Association as Director & Chairman, and as Country Director for Thales NZ Ltd. Scott's foundational career began in the Royal New Zealand Air Force, culminating in retirement as a Wing Commander after over two decades of service. Scott holds an MBA from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Canterbury, along with a Certificate of Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
