Steve Baerst

Steve Baerst is a highly experienced test pilot and aviation professional with a diverse background in military and civilian aviation. Currently serving as a Production Test Pilot for Embraer Executive Aircraft, Inc. since March 2012, Steve previously held the position of Flight Test Pilot for the E-8C Joint STARS Test Force and has extensive experience with various aircraft, including the Boeing 707 as a Captain for Omega Air Refueling Services, Inc. In the United States Air Force, Steve advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Deputy Director of the Joint STARS Test Force and Director of Operations for flight operations. An alumnus of the United States Air Force Academy, Purdue University, and Webster University, Steve holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, underscoring a solid foundation in both technical and managerial skills.
