Thomas Howe is an Aviation Safety Manager and Embraer Executive Aircraft Pilot with extensive experience in managing safety programs across military, governmental, and industrial environments. A graduate of The Citadel with a BA in History, they completed a 20-year career with the U.S. Air Force, where they were recognized for their expertise in aviation safety and flight test leadership. Currently, Thomas oversees the administration of the Safety Management System for Embraer’s flight department, while previously serving as an Aviation Safety Official at Sikorsky Aircraft and a Safety Subject Matter Expert for the Department of State.
