Bruno Portela is the Coordinator of the Innovation Laboratory at AGU and a Federal Attorney. They have served as a Legal Consultant for the Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade, and Services, and the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation. Bruno holds a Bachelor's in Law from the University of Fortaleza and postgraduate degrees in Public Law from the University of Brasília and in Public Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. They are also a member of the Board of Directors at EMBRAPA and have actively participated in key Legal Frameworks for Innovation in Brazil.
