Fernando Antonio Hello is a PhD Scientific Researcher at Embrapa since February 2011, focusing on innovation public policies, education, and capacity building in international technology transfer programs. Previously, Fernando worked as an HR Assessor at Unicamp, specializing in Organizational Psychology and Higher Education management from July 2004 to February 2011. Fernando holds a PhD in Education from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and is currently pursuing an MBA in Innovation Management and Technological Capability at FGV. With a diverse educational background that includes degrees in Agronomic Engineering, Psychology, and Nuclear Engineering Technologies in Agriculture, Fernando has extensive expertise in managing capacity building projects and assessing the impact of educational technologies in tropical agriculture.
