Luciano Rocha

Luciano Rocha is an expert in Controller Management with a focus on Cost Management in the Public Sector. They have been the Supervisor of Infrastructure and Logistics at Embrapa Pesca e Aquicultura since 2005 and serve as the Deputy Head of Administration at Embrapa since 2021. Previously, Luciano worked as a Branch Manager at Banco do Brasil S/A from 1979 to 1995. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Tocantins, completed in 2012, and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Controller Management and Tax Management from the same institution, obtained in 2014.
