Chaider Lima

Chaider Lima has extensive experience in network management and operations, currently holding the position of Claro Dados - NOC - Dados Gprs at Claro Brasil since January 2019, where responsibilities include network management, fault identification and recovery, and field technician support. Prior experience at Embratel spans over a decade, involving roles such as NOC-IP, where the focus is on ensuring IP and NGN networks meet availability, performance, and security standards, and IDS/SNOC. Chaider Lima also managed client networks at Embratel from 2007 to 2009 and served as a technology teacher at Santa Clara School from June 2007 to December 2008. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Network and Managed Network from Univercidade and a degree in Information Technology from the same institution.
