David Queiroga

David Queiroga has over 17 years of specialized experience in telecommunications and information technology, currently serving as Gerente de Contas at Embratel since March 2006. In this role, David develops sales strategies for government entities, focusing on transforming opportunities into effective business solutions through client management and satisfaction. Prior to Embratel, David worked at Anatel as an Analista de Fiscalização, where responsibilities included system error verification and technical evaluations of broadcasting stations. David also held a position as an Analista at the Ministério das Comunicações, concentrating on the technical assessment of community radio stations. David holds a Postgraduate degree in Networks and Telecommunications from União Educacional de Brasília, an MBA in Project Management from Faculdade Michelangelo, and a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from IESB.
