Max Shamis

Maxim Shamis possesses extensive legal and business expertise, currently serving as General Counsel at Embria since May 2019, focusing on legal and risk management. Previously, Maxim co-founded and directed Relux OG Investments, a real-estate development company, from December 2015 to May 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Head of the corporate business department at PRBB, Head of the Legal Department at GK-Group, and Lawyer at the Bank for Industrial Production and Development. Maxim holds an MBA from California State University - East Bay, a Candidate of Law degree from the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property, and degrees in law and business economics from Moscow State Industrial University.
